Roles and Responsibilities Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer/Lead position 

  1. Identifying and designing business processes for automation 
  2. Development, coding on RPA tools example: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform and others 
  3. Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error 
  4. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations 
  5. Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward 
  6. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs 
  7. Provide technical training and guidance to the RPA team 
  8. Lead generation and business development for RPA practise 
  9. Responsible for growing the company’s RPA practise, growing sales, and growing company revenue and income
