- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
- Provide technical training and guidance to the RPA team
- Lead generation and business development for RPA practise
- Responsible for growing the company’s RPA practise, growing sales, and growing company revenue and income
- Lead and assign projects to the RPA members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with quality;
- End to end coordination with process owners, developers and IT teams to implement projects;
- Work closely with Business Units and departments to ensure conformance to governance and processes;
- Track and monitor RPA automation performance, KPIs etc,
- Review process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document,
- Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions,
- Manage licenses and administer the Uipath Orchestrator, and other system admin responsibilities for various RPA tools
- Organise and conduct RPA-related training for local and overseas business units,
- Organise events such as webinar and publish articles to promote and increase adoption of RPA
Required qualification, skills, and experience for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer/Lead position.
- Significant coding and implementing experience with RPA,
- Able to deliver RPA solutions under an agile or waterfall framework using continuous integration principles.
- Strong understanding of the RPA technical architecture.
- A proven background in technical leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Engineering /Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 7-year hands on working experience in RPA project development and programming training using UiPath, preferably leading a team of RPA developers.
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills,
